Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

Our Commitment

At CoraSuite, we strive to make doing business simple and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations, billing, refunds, domain ownership, and website transfers work for our subscription services and digital products.

If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you purchase.

Subscription Services

CoraSuite offers subscription-based services, including the Website System and the Business Growth System.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to cancel: Email us at hello@corasuite.digital with your business name and a cancellation request. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

Advance notice required: Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to prevent that upcoming charge. Requests received after that window will be processed for the following billing period instead, and your subscription will remain active — and billed — through the cycle already in progress.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew after your current billing period ends.
  • You will continue to have access to the services included in your plan until your subscription expires.

Cancellation does not affect any outstanding balances owed before the cancellation date.

Refunds

Because CoraSuite provides immediate access to software, hosting, digital services, and ongoing business tools, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide:

  • Prorated refunds for partially used billing periods
  • Refunds for unused subscription time
  • Refunds after renewal unless required by applicable law

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pricing

Your subscription rate is locked in at the price in effect when you sign up, for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. We do not increase pricing for existing subscribers unless you choose to add additional services to your plan. Any pricing changes apply only to new customers going forward.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails to process, we'll attempt to retry the charge over the following 5 business days. If payment remains unsuccessful after that grace period, access to your services — including public availability of your website — may be restricted until payment is resolved.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a one-year commitment.

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, but payments already made are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, all sales of digital products are final.

Digital products may include:

  • Templates
  • Guides
  • Toolkits
  • Downloads
  • Courses
  • Other downloadable resources

Because these products are delivered immediately, refunds are not available after purchase.

Website Services

Your subscription includes ongoing services such as:

  • Website hosting
  • Security updates
  • Maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Performance improvements
  • Platform updates

These services continue for the duration of your active subscription.

If your subscription ends, access to these ongoing services will also end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Domain Ownership

You own your domain name. If you don't already have one, we'll help you purchase and register it under your own account information, so you retain full ownership and control of your domain regardless of your CoraSuite subscription status.

Website Transfers

If you decide to move your website away from CoraSuite, you may request a transfer of your website to a customer-owned hosting environment where technically feasible.

Website transfers:

  • Are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • May require a one-time transfer fee
  • May require reasonable transition time
  • May require the removal of proprietary CoraSuite components or licensed third-party assets

Transfer fees, if applicable, will be communicated before any work begins.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were:

  • Charged incorrectly
  • Charged multiple times
  • Charged after canceling

please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

If we determine a billing error occurred, we'll correct it promptly.

Technical Issues

If you're unable to access your purchased services because of a technical issue on our end, we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If we determine we're unable to provide the purchased service due to a technical issue within our control, we may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion.
